Hardik pandya likely to move back in Mumbai Indians for 15 cr , Biggest player trade in IPL history.

Star player Hardik Pandya is leaving his current team, Gujarat Titans, and going back to his old team, Mumbai Indians, for the next season of the Indian Premier League (IPL). It’s like a money deal, with Mumbai Indians paying 15 crore rupees as Hardik’s salary, and they’re also giving some extra money to Titans, but we don’t know exactly how much. Hardik might get up to half of that extra money as part of the deal.

The key factor in this happening is what Hardik Pandya wants. It turns out he really wants to go back to Mumbai. If he wasn’t interested, this whole thing wouldn’t be happening. Even though his current team could say no to the move, it looks like the people in charge of Titans have decided to go along with it. This is a huge deal – the biggest trade ever in the history of the Indian Premier League (IPL).

Hardik Pandya is getting a fee of 15 crore rupees

Hardik Pandya is getting a fee of 15 crore rupees, and now Mumbai Indians have to give that money to him. On the other side, Gujarat Titans will have this amount added to their budget for players’ salaries. Besides that, the team from Ahmedabad will also get some extra money for letting Pandya go, which is called a transfer fee. Technically, Hardik could get up to half of this extra money. Whether the details of this deal are made public or kept private is up to the BCCI and the teams involved.

It turns out that Mumbai Indians won’t be trading any players to get Hardik Pandya, so the rumors about Rohit Sharma going to Gujarat Titans are not true.

Mumbai Indians are dealing with tight funds in their salary cap and need to make room to bring in Pandya. There’s talk that they might let go of Cameron Green (worth INR 17.5 crore) and Jofra Archer (worth INR 8 crore) to add an extra INR 5 crore to their budget.

Right now, the BCCI is just watching from the sidelines because it’s a matter between the two teams. They haven’t been officially told anything, but it’s likely they’ll make an announcement by Saturday evening or Sunday, which is the last day for teams to trade or release players

The all-rounder led the Gujarat team to win the IPL title in 2022 and was named the ‘Player of the Match’ in the final against Rajasthan Royals.

In the last IPL, Gujarat Titans secured their spot in the final for the second time in their first two seasons. However, in 2023, they lost to Chennai Super Kings and became the runners-up.

If the trade goes through, the 30-year-old will be the third captain to be traded. The first was Ravichandran Ashwin from Punjab Kings to Delhi Capitals, and the second was Ajinkya Rahane from Rajasthan Royals to the Capitals in 2020.

Hardik started playing in the IPL in 2015, and since then, he has played 123 matches, taking 53 wickets and scoring 2309 runs at a strike rate of 139.89.
